Your is Satisfaction very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to return or exchange it your order, please use the email below to contact us or use the contact us form below. For returns, you have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return request.
- Item must be un-used and in the condition which it was received it. All visibly worn item will be subjected up to 50% restocking fee at our discretion.
- Items are inspected upon receipt. If the item has been re-sized or altered in any way, it will not be accepted for exchange or refunds, and we will return it to you at your expense. Damaged jewelry after delivery are not accepted for return.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days upon receipt of the item minus any fees. Ex: Outgoing and incoming shipping fees.
- Shipping and insurance fees are not refunded. (Estimated at $13 for domestic shipping only)
- Return shipping for exchange is not reimbursed.
- Return Labels are provided at a flat rate cost of $9.99 (will be deducted from refund, domestic only)
- For International orders returns; shipping, duties and any import or export charges are not refunded.
- Certification Fee is not refunded. (will be deducted from refund if option is added)
- Warranty Fee is not refunded if warranty is utilized prior to return.
- All custom CAD orders are not refundable. Order with finger size below 4 and above 10 are subjected to 10% restocking fee.
- All order with engraving are not refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
